Tharpe & Howell obtained a great result for a large machinery company client at a recent settlement conference!

In this case, the client's employee was driving a large maintenance truck which rear-ended a small automobile. As a result of the accident, plaintiff claimed more than $750,000 in personal injuries (including multiple spine surgeries), and compensation for past and future wages.
