In speaking on the topic of Strategic Risk Management, Senior Partner Robert Freedman was recently quoted in a nationwide press release as follows:

With respect to product supply, due diligence should be focused on agreements and specifications for raw materials and products; manufacturer accountability and quality control; customs issues concerning import/export operations; the re-manufacture of certain core cartridges—including compatibles and empties; and the purchase of cartridge components, including smart chips.'”
