JOHN D. HARRIS is a Partner of the Firm in the Phoenix Office. He has represented nationally recognized companies and individuals in both business matters and litigation in the State and Federal Courts for more than 23 years. His litigation experience involves complex litigation with an approach focused on identifying the issues and moving toward resolution appropriate for the client. He is no stranger to the Courtroom and jury trials. He is prepared to protect clients' rights in the jury trial process, should that expertise be required and appropriate. He has successfully appealed matters before the Appellate Courts, including the Arizona Supreme Court.
Mr. Harris has effectively managed his own law firm and uses such experience to lead the Phoenix Office in its representation of the Firm's clients throughout Arizona.
