- Buying and selling of companies including negotiation and drafting of stock purchase and asset acquisition agreements.
- Counseling concerning employment agreements, executive compensation and employee incentive packages, and the use and enforceability of non-competition and non-disclosure agreements.
- Real estate matters including office and retail leases and the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property.
- Financing matters including initial public offerings and private placement funding for privately owned companies and public offerings, federal and state security law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs for public companies.
