TODD R. HOWELL is a founding Partner of the Firm and oversees its daily business operations. Currently, he practices in the Firm's Central Coast office where he focuses on all phases of civil litigation including arbitration, trial and appellate work.

Mr. Howell is AV peer review rated, and has successfully represented a broad range of clients on matters relating to general civil litigation, labor law and employment litigation, wrongful termination, business litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury. He has held a California Real Estate Broker's License since 1987, and has been a guest speaker on various issues related to business and employment law.
