PAUL W. BURKE is a Partner I in the Firm's Santa Ana office. His practice focuses on all aspects of general civil litigation and construction defect claims, including law and motion, trial and appellate work.

Mr. Burke’s recent experience includes:

• Obtaining a summary judgment for a hotel operator in a personal injury case stemming from a fall from a seventh story window.



• Obtaining a summary judgment for a restaurant operator against a personal injury claim filed by a vegetarian client.



• Assisting in a large complex construction defect and personal injury case that resulted in resolution of a multi-million dollar claim for zero net payment.



• Assisting in a major construction defect action that resolved a multi-million dollar claim for $6,500.



• Successfully appealing a trial court decision setting aside a plaintiff’s complaint.
