JONATHAN BLUM is a Senior Associate in the Firm's Las Vegas office. His practice focuses on all phases of general civil litigation including discovery, law and motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial.

Attorney Blum has been named as a Rising Star in the 2009 Super Lawyers Magazine. He has extensive experience representing local and national companies including large hotels, transportation companies, builders, and small businesses. Mr. Blum’s recent experience includes:

• Secured a substantial settlement for a large hotel casino in a construction related subrogation action;



• Secured a dismissal for a radio station client on a premises liability case;



• Obtained summary judgment for a landlord in a commercial lease dispute;



• Negotiated a very low settlement for a large athletic club on a personal injury case with multi-million dollar exposure;



• Obtained summary judgment for a security company in a negligent security case;



• Secured dimissal of a multi-million dollar products liability case for a manufacturer who was the sole defendant; and



• Successfully handled an appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court on a complex wrongful death/products liability case.
