TALIA DELANOY is an Associate of the Firm in the Sacramento and San Bruno offices. Ms. Delanoy's experience includes all areas of civil litigation including Mediation and Trial preparation. Ms. Delanoy represents a wide range of clients in a broad range of matters including insurance coverage disputes, product liability, personal injury, breach of contract, construction defect litigation, and mold litigation.

Ms. Delanoy's recent experience includes:

• Obtained a Summary Judgment for a carrier being sued for bad-faith claims handling practices.



• Obtained a Dismissal for a used car dealership being sued for negligence resulting from a single vehicle rollover accident in which the plaintiff suffered brain damage.



• Obtained a Dismissal for a client being sued for conspiracy resulting from a bar fight.
