ELLEN LEVIN is an Associate of the Firm in the Sherman Oaks office. Her practice focuses on representing commercial transportation carriers and insurers in all California jurisdictions on a broad range of matters including casualty, cargo and employment disputes.
In addition, Ms. Levin represents clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including products liability, unfair business practices, premises liability, and general business litigation.
Ms. Levin's experience includes:
- Successfully resolved a matter before the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal OSHA) on behalf of a Firm transportation company client - avoiding a potential multi-million dollar abatement, and securing a non-admission declaration from Cal OSHA.
- Defending national college fraternities against a broad range of claims, including assault cases and premises liability matters.
- Defending automobile dealerships against a broad range of claims, including claims for unfair business practices, products liability and personal injuries.
