City & County of San Francisco re Japantown Peace Plaza: Defense of a general contractor against $5,000,000 in alleged construction defect claims from City and bonding company related to public works project.

General Counsel: Effective assistance to general counsel for multiple businesses in food, herbal, and dietary supplement industry. [Issues related to intellectual property, risk management, contracts, and compliance with government regulations.]

San Clemente Landslide Litigation: Defense of a Homeowners' Association in $30,000,000 landslide case involving red tagged single family homes arising from defective geotechnical engineering. Architected global settlement, with limited insurance funding, that led to reconstruction of canyon and red tagged homes.
